EPR provides emergency placements for children in the care of any child welfare agency in Winnipeg. This program recognizes that emergency placement is an essential part of the resources required for the safety and well-being of children. Our goal is to provide safe and welcoming places for children who are experiencing significant change and loss in their lives. Through EPR children are offered the most appropriate available option, including Emergency Foster Placements, Reunification Foster Placements, and Emergency Shelters.
