The HR department of ANCR works to attract and retain a skilled work force that is capable of fulfilling the requirements of the Child and Family Services Act and is committed to the mandate of ANCR. Our target is to achieve a staff compliment that is reflective of the population we serve and in particular 53% Aboriginal.
